About Us
The Journal of Bahria University Medical and Dental College (JBUMDC) is a peer reviewed, multidisciplinary biomedical journal of Basic and Clinical Health Sciences (Print ISSN: 2220-7562 and Online ISSN:2617-9482 CODEN: JBUMB7). It was established in 2011 with main aim to promote and disseminate high quality research papers among the healthcare research community. It is published quarterly in January, April, July and October. There are no processing and publication charges.
Aim of JBUMDC
Objectives
The core objectives of Journal Bahria University Medical and Dental College are to:
- Publish original, important, well-documented, peer-reviewed clinical and laboratory articles on a diverse range of medical topics.
- Provide physicians with continuing education in basic and clinical science to support informed clinical decisions.
- Enable physicians to remain informed in multiple areas of medicine, including developments in fields other than their own.
- Improve public health internationally by elevating the quality of medical care, disease prevention, and research provided by an informed readership.
- Predict important issues and trends in medicine and health care.

The JBUMDC is an open-access journal. All the articles and material published in the Journal of Bahria University Medical and Dental College will be freely available for everyone at the journal’s website. The full text of all the articles can be freely accessed and downloaded by the readers of the journal. There is no need to pay any subscription or pay-per-view charges to read articles published by JBUMDC. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.
